App needs an overhaul... When we first signed up the app was working good. A few updates later and no good. Profiles dissappear, speed tests fail %100 of the time, and control functions are less reliable. It makes for spot checks of the service rather difficult. At times, we get a lot of lag even when my Ookla shows 400+ Mbps. Overall, the provider is leaps and bounds over the big X, but they need to fix the app. For the customer, yes, it matters. Worst case, roll it back to when it worked.

ZERO STARS. This new update to the app is horrible. It erased everything I had stored in it. I had my whole family, phones, tvs, Playstations, ect. it erased it all. I'm still logged in, but my name, email, phone number-gone. Even my wifi networks aren't showing up....this is a major screw up edit: also anything I press to "add" I have the pop up of "there was a delay, please try again" THE NEW UPDATE ERASED EVERYTHING I HAD STORED. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP and liveoak hasn't responded still
