Trash. Just send me my tickets attached in an email as PDF like everyone else does. I don't need or want One More App that I install for 2 days just for concert tickets. Also it makes sharing tickets next to impossible and my friends got stuck outside after visiting the bathroom because they didn't have the tickets when we were already inside. Missed part of the concert when I had to run and help them. Allround a worthless app and experience.

If you're going to require re-authentication every 48 hours, can you at least have the common decency to save my account email? I don't use your app because I want to, I use it because I have to, so you need to make sure you are giving me modern user experience

This idea behind the app was probably supposed to make things easier and simpler, but it has totally the opposite effect. 1 ticket shows up in this app out of 2, but neither appear in the secondary AXS app. Totally useless. Give us back the regular email attachments if you can't handle app development. Forcing people to use an app that clearly should never have left alpha testing is completely absurd.
