Ratings and reviews

Doesn't sync with the bike at all, constantly drops Bluetooth connection and has to be relinked (while still not syncing), and makes audio spotty through my comms. This app is almost entirely useless, yet is required to get the full use of the bike's features. So it has the added bonus of making the smart e-bike a dumb bike because of its uselessness.

overall a pretty great app. I'm able to generate routes, monitor my bike status, updates, tire pressure and charge status. my complaints I wish they could fix are battery calculation with riding freeways at 70mph, when you program a route and pick charging stops how much battery to that charge station (only shows to final destination) and I don't know if its an app thing but connecting the phone and the helmet to the bike makes the volume super low vs phone to helmet. Fix that I'll give 5 stars!

It's a decent start for an app. The features on it are really nice when they work, but I find the app often loses connection or simply won't load. When it does work the ride generator is awesome, I love being able to tell it to avoid highways with its route planning and seeing level 2 charging stations on your way. Hopefully livewire can get the kinks worked out in the next version or two. The bike itself is the funnest motorcycle I've ever owned.
