overall a pretty great app. I'm able to generate routes, monitor my bike status, updates, tire pressure and charge status. my complaints I wish they could fix are battery calculation with riding freeways at 70mph, when you program a route and pick charging stops how much battery to that charge station (only shows to final destination) and I don't know if its an app thing but connecting the phone and the helmet to the bike makes the volume super low vs phone to helmet. Fix that I'll give 5 stars!

It's a decent start for an app. The features on it are really nice when they work, but I find the app often loses connection or simply won't load. When it does work the ride generator is awesome, I love being able to tell it to avoid highways with its route planning and seeing level 2 charging stations on your way. Hopefully livewire can get the kinks worked out in the next version or two. The bike itself is the funnest motorcycle I've ever owned.

The app works OK but I can't get it to allows remote setting of charging cycle and target charge. I see the charge amount & target I set on the bike but can't do anything from the app. Also, the app shows that there is a new version of software available for my Del Mar IM system but I am unable to find anywhere to download it so I can install with a thumb drive. The ability to start this download from the app would be great. Tried to contact Cust Svc but no response.
