Awful, awful app. I downloaded because they had promotions all over HK- they must be blowing their budget on marketing and spending absolutely nothing on their app development. As all the other reviews say, the ID verification simply does not work. I called the help hotline- their advice and help was poor. I followed it anyway. It still didn't work. I've tried capturing my card in 50 different ways, it categorically does not work. Don't waste your time like I have. Frustrating experience.

it's impossible to go through the registration process. Extremely poor IT interface. *Update 15thJul* thank you for your response Livi Bank. I have actually called your service hotline for assistance but your staff told me they can't do anything about it. The only way to register is to through that useless app. and just so you know, I opened an account with ZA Bank without any hassle. Got my physical card from them in 4 days.

After more than 30 tries, I finally gave up the ID scanning & abort the account opening process. Tody 4/6/2023 I have my final try again, day or night, sunny or rainy day, no difference, scanning of the back of the ID card is impossible, these tries even made my heart beat not comfortable, for the sake of my health, I really need to stop & uninstall this app. Even you have many attractive promotion offers next time, I cannot get it if I need to live longer. This app is threatening my health
