Sorry to say this but this app is quite impractical and inconvenient. Formally, there was a shortcut to bank in order to pay common fee. Now, it's removed which makes it difficult for the elderly residents to use. The app fonts are also small. And no information told which month's common fee they're paying on the bill. Only reference number 1, 2 etc. So please consider making app more convenient and elder friendly.

My condo decided to change our working management app for this one... It is only about ads, no services can be booked because although I am registered and my condo in the system, the app does not find the address. Most services on the app are "not available". Useless app that does not work. 6 months later edit: still useless, got signed out, trying to sign in, the app never sends OTP to sign in. This deserves a 0 star, too bad the minimum is 1.

The management has switched to using this app. The application seems incomplete, no services, no documentation. The focus seems to be on adds than providing a useful experience for users. App notifications are too frequent and disturbing. There are few options to control what type of notifications are received i.e. ads vs. chat notifications.
