LIVOLO HOME is a smart home control application that allows you to remotely control our company’ electronic switches, sockets and other smart devices, as well as control partners’ products such as Tmall Elf, Amazon echo and other smart audio to voice control various devices of LIVOLO.

Somewhat decent app, but I can't add devices because the button it off the top of the screen (should test more Android screen types), I can't use my normal email address to sign up because their regular expression evaluation is incorrectly implemented (see RFC 2822), and a gateway is required? I'm not reducing stars for that last one, but it's very inconvenient. Why can't we just use Wi-Fi? The app look/feel is above average, which I like.

For your products I should give 5 stars, but regardind software integration with other is terrible I should give 1 star. Now you have a new Zigbee EC that work only on your app. In the short term you will get some customers into your ecosystem, but in the long term you will lose due to the closed system. Do something about integration into HA or other ecosystems. Make your product more compatible...

Terrible app. After fiddling with it for quite a few minutes I came to the realization that I have no clue how to add a device. I've literally tried every button and menu option. To make things even better, the product I tried to add (a lighting switch gateway) had some instructions that were out of date compared to how the app is now. I've also tried a universal Zigbee app but the product couldn't be added. Wasted money on trash products.
