Very pathetic service. My machine has not been working for over a week. A ticket was raised, but no technician has visited yet, and customer support has been completely unhelpful. This is not a one-time issue. The machine stops working almost every 15 days, and I have to keep chasing the service team. Instead of convenience, this subscription has become a constant headache. I am still forced to depend on water jars, not recommended. PS: No one bothered to reply on the WhatsApp number provided.

Disappointed!!! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED I was not satisfied with the product and requested for a return within the 7 days trial period. But my request has been rejected by saying that they weren't able to contact me. I don't understand while selling the product they are able to connect me but while returning they aren't able to connect. Utterly disappointed. Now since the free 7 days trial is over I have to use it for at least 3 months to return it. Better buy one.

horrible horrible experience, please just invest a little bit more and by the real thing , this has wasted so much of time. once it get's disconnected it's doesn't get connected easily , just this morning 1 wasted 1 full hour trying to connect even when in app it shows bluetooth and wifi is connected still it does not work. A true waste of time , i would give it negative infinity rating if it was possible. it's not worth it at all , very irritating. because of this my water intake has reduced.
