The app is frustrating to use. Every time you to recharge, it's a struggle and frustrating .When you contact customer care, they offer the unhelpful suggestion of installing the app on a different phone, which isn't practical. If you request a technician's help, it takes two days for them to respond, leaving you without water while your recharge period continues to count down.

This app is a total mess. It never syncs with the RO device. This will be especially inconvenient when you recharge & it doesn't reflect on the machine leaving you without drinking water. The RO device also leaks sometimes & starts to notify for recharging while subscription validity will still be there. The customer support is more pathetic. They never resolve the issues on priority. The whole point of taking this subscription was convenience & Livpure has been nowhere near to offering it.

Installing person tells to review app. Initial water removal takes out almost 6 ltrs of water which reflects in plan. They promise to deliver in 72 hours, but even after calling multiple times it took 4 days to get it installed. Proceess is not clear, user doesnt get to know reason for delay Editing again: changing rating to 1 star as it's been 3 days without water. Payment status is showing pending. No personal visit from the live pure.
