Livpure's subscription prices are simply too high. With the amount I'm paying, I could buy a brand new RO filter instead. The whole point of a subscription should be convenience and affordability, but Livpure misses the mark on the latter. The inflexible plans make matters worse. In today's economy, every penny counts, and Livpure's pricing strategy doesn't align with that reality. It's time for them to reconsider and prioritize affordability for their customers.

Worst service. Ive installed it in my home and costumer service is pathetic. I called them regarding cancellation, and waited for 15 minutes for call to connect and call was disconnected then all of sudden. I cannot connect with them again. It's making me wait for 10 mins and when my turn comes, it's saying all executives are busy and disconnecting call. They'll increase the plan prices without any notification. Filter details in app says they're always in good condition even when they're jam
