Samba Mobile is a mobile waiter application developed for restaurants and cafes using SambaPOS V5. Waiters take orders, manage bills, collect payments, and communicate instantly with the team without leaving the tables. All transactions are processed in real time on your restaurant's own SambaPOS server.

TABLES AT A GLANCE
• All tables, open bills, amounts, and wait times are updated live
• Table displays, colors, and statuses (bill sent, bill printed, etc.) in SambaPOS are displayed exactly as they are
• Changing department and bill type

QUICK ORDERING
• Quick menu navigation with categories and subcategories, product search, barcode
• Portion, order labels (extra, cooking degree, etc.), and product notes
• Numeric keypad for quantity, bill notes, and bill labels (number of people, sequence number, etc.)
• Multiple bills at the same table: selecting, merging, and creating a new bill

BILL OPERATIONS
• Printing bills, receiving payments, discounting, and rounding
• Refunds and complimentary items (including partial quantities) — subject to SambaPOS permissions
• Moving tables, changing waiters, splitting orders, assigning card numbers
• Customer selection and customer search (name, phone number, custom fields, QR, and NFC) (card)

PAYMENT
• All payment types defined in SambaPOS
• Remaining balance, splitting the bill, partial payment by selecting products

TEAM COMMUNICATION
• Instant text, voice (radio), and visual messaging between waiter, kitchen, and cashier via Liwa Messenger
• Notifications and background connection that remains open

SECURITY
• Login with PIN, QR, or NFC staff card
• SambaPOS user roles and permissions are applied exactly as they are
• Inactive sessions are automatically closed

Turkish, English, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Azerbaijani.

REQUIREMENTS
Samba Mobile does not work alone; your business must have SambaPOS V5 and Samba Mobile Server (Windows service) installed. The device connects to a server on the same local network as the server or to a server accessible via the internet. Visit www.liwasoft.com for licensing and installation.
