GPS Map Ruler is a map measurement app, functioning as a virtual map ruler, which can be used for distance measurement between two points, as well as for distance measurement among multiple points and area measurement. By selecting several different locations on the GPS map, measuring out the distance or area can be quickly achieved.

Ratings and reviews

This app has some good ideas but is too basic and has UI problems. To select a point the user moves the map until the point is under the crosshairs. This is a good approach but the crosshairs are so thin and dark you can't see them much of the time. The font used for the measurements is too small and the app needs search. I'll keep an eye on the app and hope it becomes more usable.

simple and effective. the only two reasons im not giving it five stars is because measurements are only given in meters not SF, with no way to change, and the + sign needs to be darker so you can see where it is better on a satellite photo. overall this app has lots of potential.

Fill screen ads before even launching the app. App will not work if you don't give it permission to your location. It launches, gives you a full screen add, then closes the entire app.
