Hello Moka Live support, my withdrawal has been pending since date 26/12/2025. I have sent messages but received no reply. Please assist.

I didn't receive the 80,000 diamonds yesterday to complete my 3,153,949.44 diamonds so I can withdraw it today. That's what the app said maximum of 3.2M diamonds can withdraw from live. I wasted my whole month. Someone told me this app is a scam but yet I continue to do the tasks and do live. I wish I didn't download this app! IT'S A SCAM APP. DON'T EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
