Good day sir/ma can I withdraw my reward from bitcastle someone told me that if I deposit money into the wallet that all my reward will be turned to real money and I can be able to make use of all day balance in it is that true

This is the worst exchanger I have ever seen. I just made an account on a mobile and earned some dollars by trading, then at the time of withdrawing those dollars, they canceled it for the first time, and later they asked me for documents for the kyc, but even after giving everything, they closed our account completely. Their exchanger is worst single exchanger everyone stay away from it.

This is a complete waste of time and resources, I was using the app, got verified, got some crypto, participated in some campaigns. After a few minutes. I was logged out and on logging in my funds disappeared, worst, that my verification was rejected after about 2 weeks verified with them. They took away all my crypto and pretended I never existed. Serious scam, please stay away from this app. You think I'll complain if I haven't checked, you check it, but am disappointed.
