How do you activate the app?
To use the app you need an account for My Mortgage. Already have an account? Then simply log in to the app with this step-by-step plan:
• Log in with the e-mail address and password you use for My Mortgage.
• Enter the SMS code you receive on your mobile phone.
• Choose your own PIN code.
• At the next login attempt, the app asks for facial recognition or a fingerprint. From that moment on you can also log in with facial recognition or a fingerprint.

What can you do with the Lloyds Bank My Mortgage app?
• View your loan statement
• Read and store your mail digitally
• Change your contact details and bank account number
• Make extra repayments on your mortgage via iDEAL
• View your construction account or sustainability account and submit declarations
• Choose a new interest rate at the end of your fixed-rate period
• Submit a new home value for adjusting the rate class
