This app is very unreliable. I had it for quite some time and I've reached the VIP status for their loyalty program. However, in July 2023, when I updated the app, my loyalty VIP status had been changed to a lower level which is their "premium" status. Not just only that; according to their lotalty program, you'll get a voucher for your birthday month. I've received the sms for it BUT after updating the app, even the birthday month voucher disappeared. Frankly speaking, it's not a matter of the

The form validation of the app is not working properly, not allowing me to purchase an order. It's telling me I have an incorrect surname.
