Security 24 Dealer is an application created by Security 24 thinking about the daily work of its distributors and team of technicians.
The application uses the 3G or WiFi connection when it is available.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THIS APPLICATION?
* PUT IN TEST: Through the application you can put and remove a test account without calling the monitoring station. It will have three time options (30, 60 and 120 minutes) and the possibility of extending the term if necessary when the application alerts that the time is about to be fulfilled.
* SUBSCRIBER INFO: You will have at your disposal the main data of your accounts, notification lists, zones and contracted services.
* SERVICES: You can see the last five technical services requested.
* REPORTS: In an agile and clear way you will have at hand the report history of the last seven days. In the event that the report needs the attention of an operator, you can also see the associated note.
* SEE SUBSCRIBERS IN TEST: In the case of having logged in with the administrator user used on the website (www.security24.com.ar) you will be able to see all the subscribers put in test by you and your technicians. If you have logged in with a user without an administrator, you will be able to see only the subscribers put in test by yourself.
