This app is extremely frustrating to use. If the vehicle has no damages, it doesn't allow you to take any pictures. Once you mark the vehicle picked up, it doesn't allow you to send a bol or any sort of confirmation to the customer and you're having to screenshot so they can have proof. If the vehicle did have damages, you are unable to review the damages with the customer before they sign off on it. I just wish rpm would let you use your choice of app, which I would use super dispatch.

Absolutely not worth any time and any money. This is the worst app on the market. It will make you drive car to the office (mail building location) because on Manheim you are too far. And if you are too far you can't do inspection! The whole process of marking damage and doing pictures have 0 guide. Just pick what ever you think will work. Than it also want your location all the time , no matter if you on load or not. After 4 added pictures it crashed on me, so I was supposed to do all over aga

My experience was very poor the app is very hard to use and they force you to be tracked which is not right because the driver is not always in his truck. If you move the vehicles 5 feet from location it won't allow you to do inspection which is ridiculous especially when vehicles are picked up from the port and companies use local drivers for pickup.
