■ Features of OwnersBook

● There are two types of deals: loan type and equity type
Lending type: Also called social lending. Funds collected through crowdfunding are used to lend to companies that want to borrow money, with real estate, etc. as collateral. Investors will receive interest and principal on the loan from OwnersBook as dividends and return of capital.

Equity type: Use the funds collected through crowdfunding to acquire real estate trust beneficiary rights, equity interests, etc. via one or more special purpose companies (SPCs). Investors will receive dividends from OwnersBook on rental income during property management and sales gains from the sale of assets under management.

All loans are secured by real estate collateral
All loan-type investment projects are secured by real estate carefully selected by real estate professionals. Furthermore, by setting LTV (Loan to Value) at 80% or less as a standard, we reduce the risk of price declines due to market fluctuations when collateral real estate is sold.

● Loan type can invest 10,000 yen
The loan type allows a small investment from 10,000 yen, so we can meet your desire to start small. For the equity type, the minimum investment amount differs for each project.

● Estimated annual yield is 3.0% to 5.0% (*1)
Compared to current time deposits and individual government bonds, high returns can be expected. In principle, OwnersBook pays dividends once every three months. (If there is no interest payment, dividends may not occur.)
