So far this app is useless. No matter what I do, it recycles me back to the main page. I can't log in, and it doesn't send the login assistance emails when requested. Downloaded the app because the website was doing the same thing so not getting any results at all whatsoever. Very annoying. Fast forward 2 months after my last post, and this app still sucks. I was able to log-in but now can't make a payment because no matter what it says the payment amount isn't valid.

The app crashes every time I open it...I can only make 2 payments in between payment dates and 1 of those is for the payment itself. Why???!!! Not like it's free....then when I can't log on to pay or can't pay at all, I get called every 20 mins all day long!!!! It's ridiculous and lastly...you send me emails and texts about refinancing at a lower rate with my great payment history, then I call and get denied, which is idiocity! I wish this was a decision I could take back..I Regret it daily!!🤯

This isn't a bad app what would make it a lot better is if the customer can get the payoff information on the app, an have a contact number for customer service versus clicking on the logo which I stumbled upon. Give the customer more direction on how to contact customer service, how to get payoff info, just a little bit more clarity on the app would be great. Would I recommend loanmart to anyone? I sure would so don't take the 2 stars as a negative mark. Loan Mart can help you.
