Ratings and reviews

The appears good at first appearance, but is poorly executed. You try to do the tasks, they only let you do little bits. This is frustrating, especially if you chose something about health you were especially interested in. You constantly get prodded to open the app but nothing is there to do. Another one of Gaelens blunders, perhaps he should concentrate on offering affordable groceries.

It used to be ok but every "improvement" seems to reduce your points. Now every program, whether 5 days or 30 days is only worth 100 points. no more bonus point programs. I can barely get points anymore. New and improved...for them. Update May 16/25. Even worse now. Less points, less user friendly. Why didn't you keep it simple like at the start...each day 25 points. Who cares if you repeat a program? Going to uninstall...I can look same info up online rather than use app.

The app is so glitchy. I will click on prescriptions and I just get an opps try again later message. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It took my forever to get my pharmacy added so I could even use the app. Now when I go in it doesn't work more often than it does. I just tried to use the website on my desktop, thinking it would be better. It is not.
