Unfortunately, what should be a simple and easy to use app is terribly designed. The audio sections do not work with headphones, and require that users hold the phone against their ear the whole time which is an uncomfortable and awkward way to walk around exhibitions. To make matters worse, the touch detection is very poor, so the audio doesn't play consistently. In the end, we gave up using the app and just walked around the musuem after the first three audio clips.

This app is horrendous. It forces you to not just put your phone up to your ear to hear, but ram the phone into your face for it to be willing to play anything. This app needs to just let you play things whenever, specifically with earphones in. That's easier than how it is set up now. I can't believe this design has been approved by anyone. The information is interesting, but it's a lot of hassle for not that much.

Cool idea but for god's sake it's horrible that the app is completely impossible to use if we are wearing headphones which btw is much more practical than putting the phone close to your ears. The sound is very low when close to the ear and the app is so sensitive that every move makes it stop. Plus, can we stop making apps for everything??? What a nightmare
