Local Elves brings you the shops already around you — the water station
down the street, the laundry shop on the corner, the kitchen you have
been ordering from for years — and lets you order from them without
leaving the house.
No middleman warehouse, no far-away branch. You order from a local shop,
and the shop's own riders bring it to you.
WHAT YOU CAN ORDER
• Water — refills and new containers from your neighbourhood water station
• Laundry — wash, dry and fold, picked up from you and returned to you
• Food — meals from kitchens and restaurants near you
The shops you see are the ones close enough to actually serve you, so
what is available depends on who has joined in your area.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Browse the shops near you and see what they offer, with their prices.
2. Place your order and choose where it goes. You'll see the delivery
fee for your address before you confirm.
3. Follow the order through each stage — confirmed, on the way,
delivered — and see which rider is handling it.
4. Pay the shop directly, either cash on delivery or by scanning their
QR with GCash, Maya or your banking app.
YOU PAY THE SHOP, NOT US
This is worth being clear about: Local Elves never handles your money.
There is no wallet to top up and no balance to maintain. Every payment
goes straight from you to the shop, and every peso you pay is theirs.
When a shop takes QR payments, we check who that QR actually pays before
it ever reaches you, and show you the payee's name beside it. If the name
in your payment app doesn't match, don't pay — tell us instead.
LAUNDRY IS PRICED HONESTLY
Laundry is charged by weight, and nobody knows the weight until it is
weighed. So you see an estimate when you order, and the shop sets the
real price once your load is on the scale. If it comes out meaningfully
higher than estimated, it needs your approval before any work continues.
No surprises when it comes back.
TALK TO THE SHOP
Every order has its own chat. Send a gate code, ask for extra sauce,
check whether they have your size of container — it all stays on the
order, so nothing gets lost in a separate thread.
If something does go wrong, you can raise it on the order itself. The
shop is asked to put it right, and if it stays unresolved our team steps
in to help.

sure order updates and payment details reach you and not someone else.
Local Elves is new, and we are rolling out neighbourhood by neighbourhood
across the Philippines. If there are no shops near you yet, there may be
soon.
