I'm a regular customer of dealcart but I'm very disappointed with their customer support system and helpline it has been 3 days and I didn't got my order when i try to reach customer service. I got 72nd number in a queue which stops at number 30 for one hour now kindly do something I need my grocery now. payment is already done through card

App is crashing these days, two weeks ago I placed an ordered which also didn't deliver and it's still showing confirmed order in the app also an order which I had placed and probably received too in 2023 , it's status is showing not delivered in the app, their service, items are fine but need to work on the app, platform is good but app is not up to that level.
