About this app

Enjoy your environment with all your senses and test Locandy's new audio adventures. With the Locandy app you can download GPS adventure games, schnitzel hunts, city guides, museum guides, various theme trails and much more. Be aware that not all content is from Locandy and may vary in quality.

The adventures and paths lead to special places and exciting and humorous stories are told in audiobook quality. The combination of virtual and real elements invites you to play with friends and family.

Explore routes, listen, see and solve puzzles. All games have a sequence of spots to visit. Each spot has a route-description and content. The route gives players tools to find the next spot: text-descriptions, images, audios, a compass, a direction arrow, or a distance meter. Using GPS positioning or QR codes, the various contents at the spots are unlocked. It is therefore necessary to find real places by means of different aids in order to find the previously hidden game contents and then collect points for the solved tasks.

You can play the adventure offline, therefore foreign visitors incure no roaming charges. Just the installation and the optional upload of game results must be done using WiFi.

Please use the app to see if there is content in your area. If you want to create own content, contact us.
