Really confusing app, not user friendly at all. Hard to navigate. Confused the people I was splitting the bill with and it wasn't a correct calculation. Wanted to restart the tracking cost and start afresh since we gave up and started to manage the amount ourselves but I couldn't even do it with the click of a button, instead I had to delete stuff one by one and it was just so frustrating... Wanted to delete the whole house but couldn't find a button? Highly do not recommend!

Hey Vanessa! Sorry you've found things confusing! If you ping us we can clear out your house for you, or help you set up a fresh account. We can also help explain any confusion, or message your housemates with some useful links to help explain how the app and cost tracking/splitting works. Thanks for the feedback, anyway. Ollie

Was great when it was working but as soon as things start changing it's a pain. Unable to add renewed TV licence, can't add this year's water bills. Worst was that we were paying them for octopus energy for 8 months only to find out the transfer from old supplier never went through. Now got a huge energy bill to settle. Refunds coming through but having to chase housemates that have moved out for the money they've been refunded so I can settle bill. Probably not worth the hassle to be honest

Update: even after a month since cancelling (and paying a £130 cancellation bill) I've still got a BT engineer trying to install broadband. I never chose BT and acasa have emailed me saying if I miss this appointment I'll be charged another £130, I've spoken to BT twice now and there's no account for my address. Absolutely do not use acasa!

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear there's confusion around your bills. The money we collect is used to pay the bills for your property, but occasionally letters can be sent through to your address instead of ours if there's a mix-up with the supplier. Please forward us any contact you've had from BT and we'll take a look. Thanks, Ollie
