I have been trying to access my account for the past three months, but my details are still not showing. It only displays the message “Account Approval Pending.” Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

I have more than one property and an earlier app version was allowing me to browse through both the properties. but now the new app is showing only one property.I am not able to raise any service request on other property

Worst app! The data is frequently not updated, making it very difficult to rely on the information provided. The login process is also extremely frustrating—although the app shows that an OTP has been sent, I often do not receive it. This happens every time my details are not visible or updated on the app. Overall, a very disappointing and unreliable experience. The app needs significant improvement in terms of data updates and login functionality.
