Useless app, bathroom is leaking water through walls, paint has gone and I'm unable to raise complaints through this app. Is anyone know how to reach out to runwal in such cases

The application is useless until people who are working behind are not qualified enough or nonsense. Not good builder to take your dream home after sale services are pathetic and this application one greate example of the same .

Updated review. Initial issues: App had a lot of garbage data and threw random errors. Most of the options didn't work..... Resolution: Reached out to the support team via an email and the issues are resolved. Able to use the app and all its features..... Hi Support team, please look into the process for easy onboarding of the new users to the app so that the users don't face issues while setting the things up...Thank you for the support.
