About this app

LockBook is a booking & management platform for beauty & wellness businesses. It is one app with two experiences, switchable from the Account tab:
• Clients discover salons, book appointments, follow salons, and leave reviews.
• Business owners manage their salon profile, staff, services, bookings, offers and loyalty.

There is NO in-app payment or purchase. Bookings are appointment requests, and any discounts shown are indicative only (applied in person at the salon). No in-app-purchase / StoreKit is used.

Demo salons are in Prishtina, Kosovo. Content is English/Albanian; currency is €.

TESTING THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE ([e-mail])
1. Sign in. The Discover tab lists live salons (map icon shows them on a map).
2. Tap a salon to see services, team, hours and reviews.
3. Tap "Book Now" → choose a service, a stylist (or "Any available"), a date and time, then confirm. It appears under the Bookings tab.
4. In Bookings: view your appointments on a calendar, cancel, request a reschedule, or tap "Still waiting" on a pending request.
5. Follow a salon (heart), and after a past visit leave a review.
6. Account tab → edit profile, switch language (EN/SQ), contact Support, or switch to the business experience.
(The reviewer account starts with no bookings so you can test creating one.)

TESTING THE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE ([e-mail])
1. Sign out, then sign in as the business owner.
2. Dashboard shows today's overview and "What's Next?" (upcoming appointments).
3. Bookings: approve, complete, mark no-show, reschedule; tap "Are you still coming?" on a late appointment.
4. Account (bottom-right) → manage profile, hours, services, team, offers, loyalty. Long-press Account to switch businesses.

PERMISSIONS
• Notifications: booking updates (grant when prompted).
• Location: optional, used to show nearby salons on the map.

NOTES
• The app uses our production API at api.lockbook.co.
• Shareable salon links (https://api.lockbook.co/s/…) open the app via universal links, or a web preview if the app isn't installed.
