Our history:
Our journey began when we decided to pursue in-depth concierge training, wanting to bring an exceptional experience to travelers staying in short-term rentals and to take the pressure off owners. However, throughout our journey, we encountered several challenges:
1. The difficulty in prospecting Towards the owners as a concierge:
We quickly realized that reaching out to property owners to offer them our concierge services was a major challenge. Convincing owners to entrust the management of their properties to third parties required a thoughtful and persuasive approach.
2. The difficulty in finding serious professionals around us:
Once we managed to secure management contracts, we were faced with the challenge of finding reliable and competent professionals to provide cleaning, maintenance and hospitality services. Finding serious and trusted partners was essential to maintain the quality of service we offer to our customers.
3. The difficulty of collaborating easily with other sectors:
Finally, we found that it was difficult to collaborate effectively with other sectors linked to short-term rentals, such as photographers, decorators, and craftsmen. Smooth communication and seamless collaboration were necessary to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.
Our solution: LocPro:
Based on our experiences and the challenges we have overcome, we decided to create LocPro. Our platform aims to solve these problems by connecting short-term rental professionals with ease and efficiency.
Through LocPro, property owners can easily find professional, qualified concierge services to manage their properties, while concierge services can access a network of trusted professionals to meet their operational needs. In addition, our platform facilitates collaboration between different players in the sector, promoting transparent communication and effective coordination.
