It tends to have more local options than other apps, as well as pretty regular discounts. However, it crashes CONSTANTLY. Trying even a simple order causes the app to shut down at least four times. It seems to have only gotten worse over time as I did not have this problem when I started using the app two years ago. Overall it would be a ln above average food app if it actually functioned with any amount of consistency.

App is horribly slow to begin with. Trying to actually order food is usually a crapshoot on if something can actually be selected or not. Finally, after the fact more money is added to the bill! When the original bill is $25 but another $5 is added after order confirmation that's pretty shady! 0 stars if possible.

If you like being gouged for delivery fees and processing fees, this app is for you. I'd like to tip my driver, but Btown menus charges 13 dollars for processing and delivery fees. I'm all for supporting local business, but this is just literal robbery. The app seems to work ok, feels like I'm back in 2013 trying to learn how to use a smartphone.
