Lodvy is built for small independent hospitality — rooms, studios, guesthouses, villas and small hotels. It combines three things a small property normally has to buy separately, or do without: a hospitality system for phone and computer, your own booking page with zero commission, and a place in a network of independent stays.

Built for properties without a front desk on shifts, without an IT department, and without the time to learn a system built for a 200-room chain. Free for up to 5 rooms — start with what you have.

LODVY OS — THE DAILY WORK

THE CALENDAR
- Day, week and month views, plus a timeline across every room
- Double bookings are blocked as you enter them, not discovered afterwards
- Occupancy per day, so you see the empty nights while you can still fill them
- Works offline — your calendar and bookings stay readable with no signal

BOOKINGS

LODVY DIRECT — YOUR OWN BOOKINGS

Your own booking page, at your own address, with your photos, your description and your rates. Availability comes from the same calendar you already keep, so there is nothing to maintain twice. Zero commission, on every plan — whatever the guest pays reaches you whole. You decide how they pay: card, bank transfer or on arrival, and how much deposit you want.

Already have a website? A booking button on it leads straight to your live availability and prices, so the site you built stops being a brochure and starts taking bookings.

iCAL CHANNEL MANAGER
Two-way availability sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and any iCal source, refreshed every 15 minutes. Imported bookings block your calendar automatically, so the same night can't be sold twice. This is availability sync — calendar in, calendar out — not rate or inventory push.

LODVY DISCOVER — THE NETWORK

Your page doesn't stand on its own. It joins a shared directory of independent Greek stays, where travellers browsing the network find properties they would never have found otherwise — and book them directly, with no platform in between. When you are full, you can pass the guest to a nearby property you trust instead of losing them, and take a referral fee for it. The more properties in one place that take part, the more visible that place becomes.

BUILT FOR GREECE

The whole app is in Greek and English. The resilience levy is calculated and tracked per night automatically, so it stops being something you work out on the back of a receipt.
