Not showing messages in the app. but message was coming written at top but It was half . when I opened the lofty app .It does not Show any message come from School. please fix this problem. This message is very important. It was not opening. How can I join online class 😭

Very poor interface. Always shows loading or retry. Due to lag in this app students are not been able to join the classes in time. Moreover previous notifications come first and latest notifications get lost behind old notifications it cannot filter easily these notifications

Hi, Lofty app in my Android phone suddenlystopped loading. When the App icon is clicked, it shows an errer message. I have sent an email with screenshot of error message, but there is no response. Please address the issue as I cannot access urgently required school documents. Who do I call to get this issue resolved? Update: the issue was resolved after a month. Out of the blue one day I downloaded it again after a month and it worked.
