I am facing OTP issue, not receiving OTP while resetting the password and one more thing about this app is, this suddenly stops working and shows the error message. I also think that over 95% parents /students are facing the same problem. I don't want to give you even a single and still say you kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. According to me, this app is worst and useless for me but still I had to use it.

Very poor interface. Always shows loading or retry. Due to lag in this app students are not been able to join the classes in time. Moreover previous notifications come first and latest notifications get lost behind old notifications it cannot filter easily these notifications

Dear lofty team, It is to inform you that , your app is crashing very much repair it it is showing some notifications and when I try to open it ,it crashes showing http 503 error . Your website is also crashing very much do repair it as, I think some important message is coming in lofty which I'm unable to view because of this crash. My unit tests are about to begin from 15th of this month do something to repair this. I'll be very grateful to you if you do so. Thanking you , Abhishek Kumar
