For 2 months issue stands still. Each time I run application I have to pass tree steps - like first use (language, agree to terms and read instructions). Every time for code and later for authorization of transactions. 5 times told to Call Centre of bank. And, last 15 days application takes too long on loading. Seems devs work slow.

A lot of things can be improved, but I have a very simple suggestion, which can make transaction way more quicker. Please add a QR code relevant to each bank account. This way it would be easier to transfer money, you would just scan somebody's QR and send them money directly instead of typing a 18 digit number

Why they put Transaction Authorization, I have no idea. Now, 1) to transfer money - a lot of taps you have to perform (remembering that you are already logged in using your fingerprint); 2) it is impossible to make payments in, e.g. Android games, because the game says "Authorize Transaction," but the Hipotekarna Banka app shows no transaction authorizations AT ALL. The product owner of it has to be fired.
