LogeMoiCI Client is an innovative mobile application that simplifies the search and booking of accommodations in Ivory Coast. Our app directly connects users with partner establishments, allowing them to find, book, and pay for rooms in just a few clicks.

Our app lets users browse verified establishments such as hotels, hostels, and guesthouses, with filters for type, location, price, and availability. Users can view detailed photos and complete descriptions, and even save their favorites to a favorites list.

For bookings, we offer flexible durations with Express options of three hours, three hours, six hours, or overnight stays of up to thirty nights. Users easily select their room type, pay a fifty percent deposit via Wave, and the system prevents multiple pending bookings to avoid double bookings.

Payment is secure thanks to native Wave integration. The deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance is payable upon check-in according to the establishment's terms and conditions. All amounts are rounded to comply with Wave's requirements.

Check-in is entirely digital, using a unique, automatically generated QR code. The owner scans this code to confirm the guest's arrival. The QR code can be refreshed if it expires and has a limited validity period for added security.

Users can manage their bookings with a complete history, track their active reservations in real time, modify them before payment, and cancel according to clear rules. Cancellation is flexible, with the option to cancel Express bookings within ten minutes or other durations up to three hours before arrival. An automatic refund of the deposit is issued if the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, and a reason is required to improve the service.

Extending your stay is possible after check-in, up to a maximum of eight additional hours. Payment is processed through Wave, and availability is automatically checked. After their stay, users can leave a review with a rating of one to five stars and an optional comment of up to 1,000 characters to help other users make their decision.

Security and privacy are at the heart of our app, with phone and password authentication, OTP verification to secure registration, optional KYC documents to enhance trust, and rigorous protection of personal data.
