QuiNotes opens straight into your notes. No account, no sign-in, nothing to
set up. Start typing and it is saved.
EVERY NOTE WEARS ITS OWN PAPER
A note about the weekend should not look like a note about work. Give each one
its own paper — its own colour, its own ruling, its own lettering — and you know
which is which before you read a word.
Every paper is drawn by the app. None of them is downloaded, so they all work
with the phone in flight mode.
LOCK ANY NOTE. FREE, FOR EVER
Put a lock on a note and it opens with your fingerprint or your screen lock.
It is not part of any upgrade and it will not become one.
Be clear about what the lock does: it keeps a note off the screen. It is not
encryption. Export a note or make a backup and locked notes are written in
plain text — the app says so before it writes the file. Passwords and card
numbers belong somewhere built for them, not here.

NOTHING LEAVES THE PHONE
There is no server and no account, so there is nowhere for a note to be sent.

QuiNotes is not backed up by Google either, and that is why the backup file
exists: an ordinary .zip you can keep on Drive, a memory card or a computer —
whichever you already use. Nothing to sign in to.

The free version is the whole app, and ads pay for it: a banner, one when the
app opens, and one when you leave a note you have written.
One payment unlocks everything and removes every ad:
