I've been trying to log in and use this app for over a month. I'm not that great on computers but I do realize how to log in . I'm sooo very irritated! I think what's even Worse, is they continue to send me something that Clearly Doesn't Work over & over again. . I thought that's partially why we leave reviews. It's like the company doesn't care to much or this would have been worked on and Fixed long ago. I give it a rating of: 0☆'s Your Update on 2-17 Did nothing

We have been trying to contact Logics with no success. I was put on hold and set for 1 hour just to see if they would answer. I finally hung up and at that time I tried again a recording told me that the waiting time would be an extended period & that I could reserve my spot on a call back list. I, at that time, opted for the call back. The problem with this is that I wasn't around my phone & therefore they had to leave a message. Well, now what? I still need to speak to someone.

I keep uploading my documents to this app and it will never let me upload. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement.
