WORST SERVICE They picked up the items for relocation from vadodara to mumbai 10 days back and they have not delivered it yet. I have been calling up their vadodara and mumbai offices as well as customer care since 5 days but everytime i'm getting the same answer "Aaj deliver ho jayega".
Worst.... worst.... worst..... & worst One of the pathetic service provider. No value of time for these liars. A lot of things are missing from my car. Fake insurence done of all goods. No any reimbursement for damaged product is done even if you have taken insurence. They have only make the people fool because all of them are a group of cheaters & frauds. So think once before you take service from this liars.
Worst service no tracking details available.customer service numbers never pick up the call or not reachable. Refrigerator is not standing properly after delivery. and the stand is broken it's useless now. The first person who came to take the quotation was good.
Late delivery. no online tracking facility. poor customer support They tell u 10 days to deliver u should be ready to multiply by 4 or 5. but there are good things 1. if u have not bought house to keep ur things u need not spend money to keep ur things in a warehouse as delivery itself gets prolonged then ur expected time. 2. u don't need to call tracking (no online tracking u need to call them personally spare some 30 min )dept regularly as ur things will safe in the same place even for week or so. last but not least check g in agarwal u come to single g
Most cheating The documents given by agarwal does not have LR details. So my employer rejected claim. Outside fake guys will give standard documents than these irresponsible folks. Don't prefer agarwal. My personal experience.
