It's really bad when I can't log out and when I tried to do report it then at the end tells me that my season expired even though it freezes when I also try to log out. So I am stuck not being able to even use the application. Is happening on my phone and on the zebras

EDIT: Over 30 days now, and the app is completely unusable! No updates, no big fixes, and meanwhile m ly store is being robbed blind by shoplifters and we can't even report them! ORIGINAL: App asks me repeatedly to clear cache because the app has a bug, but it never works! Still just crashes.

App was working correctly, a few days ago tried logging in. After 2FA, says can't login because app has a bug. Uninstalled then reinstalled hoping that would fix the issue. However it's doesn't.
