Terrible!!! The app constantly loses access to Bluetooth. Have to install / reinstall. If that fails, I have to pull the fuses in the engine bay. It's extremely frustrating. I'm sitting in or around my truck. Permissions are allowed per instructions. It works intermittently. When it finally works, it will work a few times, and then it won't find the connection after a few times of using it.

This sounds like a phone settings issue which we can assist you with by contacting tech@logiqair.com.

In Illinois, works periodically. have power, all fuses are good on two positive wires, both negative wires grounded as instructed. Power on ignition wire operating as should with good fuse. Won't connect. Wishing there was a remote that comes with this expensive system instead of this app. In theory a good idea, but not so good when doesn't work 40 to 50 percent of the time. I will be call the company I bought from for a regular remote. My two cents. I like the system just not the app to run it.

This symptom is typically the result of a phone permissions issue required for all Bluetooth connections. Make sure that your location awareness is allowed in your privacy settings. Have you tried a different phone yet? To your other point, LOGIQ now offers a remote control available for all existing AirIQ systems.

Was having issues of the presets not working when being selected. Found in the permissions a check saying to disable when being un used for a period of time. Turned that option off and haven't had any issues yet. This was with android on a Samsung Note20 Ultra. In the settings go to location-> AirIQ-> see all AirIQ permissions -> uncheck pause app activity if unused.
