LTS Mobile, part of the Lift Truck Solutions suite for Logisnext, currently supports Service Dispatch work order requests. Enter your credentials, pick a Customer Location, Servicing Dealer, Asset, Service Type, give your Description, Comments, and any Attachments to request service for your asset. If your asset contains a barcode, scan the barcode to auto populate fields. Click Submit and your Work Order is entered into the system...all done right from your phone.
