I've had nothing but issues with this app. Between units not uploading, having to register at each ramp, and just the fact that this app being completely redundant I'm over it.

Bought a new phone s20 unable to take pictures of the vin, I have contacted support 3 times have not heard from them to help with a solution to my issues so now I have to physically punch all numbers which could lead to an error. I sure could use some assistance. I have deleted app, reinstalled app and still no one has contacted me.

2nd time coding aftet new update. Aftrt uploading pics . get down the road i keep getting reminder notifications to upload pics. Now its 5/20/21 during night loading/coding app constantly freezes.. Like another post said. (What a pc) the camera portion freezes at nigh 2am ap is not worth opening up.camera picks up any movement the app freezes up hard to get to clear
