I've had nothing but issues with this app. Between units not uploading, having to register at each ramp, and just the fact that this app being completely redundant I'm over it.

Bought a new phone s20 unable to take pictures of the vin, I have contacted support 3 times have not heard from them to help with a solution to my issues so now I have to physically punch all numbers which could lead to an error. I sure could use some assistance. I have deleted app, reinstalled app and still no one has contacted me.

What a piece of excrement. App is slow, app jams constantly. The brainiac that came up with this damned thing obviously has never had to use it. Try all these stupid steps in the rain, or cold... even if the garbage app doesn't stop working 2 or 3 times in the time it takes to inspect an load a vehicle, you are still outside for 5 minutes extra a car... as a lowly truck driver even I know the asshat that designed this didn't field test it.
