• Pull the pickup or collection tasks from multiple vendor locations.
• Execute the pickup tasks in a reliable way by scanning the shipment barcodes while picking.
• Receive the picked-up shipments in the operations hub by in-scanning the shipments.
• Out scan the allocated shipments to ensure trusted and timely hub departures.
• Ensure reliable deliveries to end customer doorsteps by capturing proof of deliveries – eg. OTP, e-signature.
• Communicate with dispatcher or end customer to seamlessly complete on-field tasks.
• Pull and execute Return to Origin tasks to deliver back orders to their origin location.
