The worst and most unreliable banking app in Bhutan. So many of my transactions got misplaced and delayed. They give out dumb excuses for misplacing your money and don't even try to fix the issue. Do not use this app and it's from my own experience

Really difficult to use this app especially while adding payee and what not... I couldn't even transfer money to other bank with the same name but different account number since they think I have already added an account as payee with the same name and now I have to use diiferent name for my account... I really would like to suggest you to improve the application and make it user friendly. And I really hope i can choose your bank over other Banks

It's really good app for those who are staying outside Bhutan and wanna save some money. But sometimes it takes really long time to open the app and sometimes it doesn't open even though u have the password right. So please if you can fix that it will be very helpful.,
