The worst and most unreliable banking app in Bhutan. So many of my transactions got misplaced and delayed. They give out dumb excuses for misplacing your money and don't even try to fix the issue. Do not use this app and it's from my own experience

worst banking experience ever, no customer service on Sundays, unable to login and use it every Sunday. Always tries to blame the issue on the internet but everything else works except the app. fails multiple times every day

This is a worst bank ever first I deposit 150 in the bank and didn't came in the account and today I also put 50 in account and message says your credit 150 and the available balance is 0 so don't use this bank it can ruin your money
