Ratings and reviews

Won't read, specifically, the bottom numbers on State of California issued checks. The images show up clear, I have lighting close to a photoshoot and a dark background, all the stuff they asked for but the app itself can't read the numbers on the bottom of the check. That's it. Just refuses to read the clear numbers at the bottom. I rely on apps like these because of mobility issues and it's like why have this option if you can't get it to work when it counts, when people need it?

11/24:can't even log into the app which means I can't Zelle people. in this day and age this is a critical function. I tried reinstalling but no change. doesn't allow me to log in half the time with no clear indication why. With strong wifi or on data, doesn't matter. very frustrating to not be able to access my money as needed in this day and age. I can excuse the old app and such but to have simple issues with accessing the app for so long accentuates how woefully behind the times they are.

this is absurd. i can't even log-in. it keeps crashing. when i persist and finally get in, i can't deposit a check which is the only thing i want the app for. it's been a week of trying. I'm going to have to go into a branch to deposit. haven't have to do that in years. really frustrating that they forced the switch over to a broken app. I've never had a single complaint about logix (from way back when it was Lockheed) until now.
