The Carer App is where care teams work and deliver care to their service users.

The Carer App works alongside the Care Office to form our platform.

Once set up, within the Carer App, you’ll be able to:

• Log the care you’re delivering, including food, clinical care, activities, incidents, and handovers. You’ll also be able to upload photos and short videos.


• Securely access your service users' care documents.


• Review and action your daily to-dos from your care management team.


• Access and review care and support plans that your Care Manager has already built within our platform.


• Unlock access to our specialist features, such as PBS, goal tracking, and progress tracking.


• Our Rostering add-on lets carers view their upcoming schedules and any planned absences, including the ability to clock in and out with a single tap.
