Logsafe is a revolutionary real time Attendance management system with contactless attendance as its prime motive to ease day-to-day HR management as its agenda.
Our expertise in HRMS includes Real Time,Geo Fenced,Remote Attendance (with a face ID device and real-time updates), remote check-in for the field employees, salary calculations including ESI, PF,PT etc.. deductions, payroll management & pay salary, leave management, time sheets, and much more on one platform.
The attendance can be recorded on the individual employee’s mobile phone through office
checkin/checkout which will be geo fenced around the boundaries of the employee’s designated offices.The field employees as well as Group A employees can access remote check in with which they record their attendance in any of the offices or desired work locations assigned to them. The face recognition device provided by us acts as a attendance recorder in remote locations where the facility of the mobile phones is scarce. The Geo fencing technology ensures that the attendance will be recorded in any desired location, accessible through our App and web portal.
The attendance recorded, the salary calculated, the salary paid, the pay slips generated and all the other data can be integrated with any of the ERP solutions opted by the organisation.
