Phones distract us constantly — even when we don't want them to. LOKD fixes this by letting you keep your phone close, but without the distractions.
To start, you scan your LOKD Key. Apps get blocked instantly, and the block stays active until you scan the Key again. Unlike software-only blockers, where the key to unlock is always on your phone, LOKD lets you keep the physical Key out of reach — in another room, at home, or wherever you choose. Accessibility Service Disclosure: LOKD relies on Android's Accessibility Service so it can tell which app you have just opened while a focus session is running, and then show a lock screen over any app on your block list. The service reads only the package name of the app currently in the foreground — it never accesses your screen contents, keystrokes, messages, or any other personal data. App blocking cannot function without it.
