app is horrible and you dont receive help when you call. since 5 months it doesnt recognize the user id and password, ON the app or Their website. i been trying to do payments for months. Customer Service completely ignore the issues or leave you on hold waiting or like they dont have an employee to fix their system now also says SERVER ERROR. Now Im force to go to the bank in person

es casi imposible acceder a la aplicación. porque ya yo he tenido experiencia con esta misma aplicación me funcionaba lo más bien antes. pero de repente de un momento a otro me ha estado prohibiendo entrar con mi cuenta y con mi nombre de usuario bien. me dice que todo está mal y aunque cambie la contraseña o hablé con la cooperativa me dice que todavía el username o la contraseña está mal.
