I've had a Lomi for many years. Just got the newest Lomi 3, and it is great, but we are having majors issues with the app. it connected but then said it can't register my Lomi, so when I went through the steps listed on the website, and went back in the app, it had me log in again and wanted me to start connecting to the Lomi again, but now it won't connect.

I like the lomi,but I can't say the dirt it makes looks anything like the ads. if you don't incorporate the eco-express soil with your regular soil, it is gummy. Also, the customer service is lacking, and the website and app are not user-friendly. I went to my cart to try to change my order, and it won't let me. Not sure if I would buy it if I knew all this ahead of ordering.

I can't believe how unhelpful this app is. It's just a bunch of links to webpages and videos. I've been trying to connect to my lomi and nothing- not the wifi, the bluetooth or anything is staying in the app. I'm logged in. The lomi itself says it's connected to wifi but it won't show up on the app. And once I start the connection process again, I have to close the whole app and reopen it rather than just press back to the home page.
