Interstitial page stays up when the app is opened and is blank with no way to close. The same issue that Cynthia is describing in her rating. After I downloaded it everything worked fine. I clicked on something and it opened an interstitial page that is blank and you can't close. It shows you can swipe right on it but they are all just blank pages, I think you have the sizing wrong it as when I hold it in a partial scroll position I can see some words and an x to close it but can't hit it.

We're really sorry you're facing this issue. It is a bug with a 3rd party software that we are looking to resolve. As soon as we saw the issue we disabled the pop-up messaging so if you login to the app again you should be back to normal. Sorry again for the disruptive experience.

App promises double XP for running the Lomi, but doesn't say how much XP you get for a cycle. It paired my Lomi to the app, but won't give me any status info and suggests I start a cycle even though the Lomi's been running for hours. The app appears to be a series of links that open in your phone's browser and a several YouTube video links.

The XP earned per cycle varies based on the cycle selected:
Eco Express = 5 points
Grow = 7 points
Lomi Approved = 10 points.
We're currently working on an update that will show the live status of a cycle for our Android users. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for this release as it adds a ton of value to the app!

Seems great, but after I Uninstaller and reinstalled several times, it finally let me register my lumi classic, but then it won't let me go back to the connect page. I finally had to quit trying as I got so frustrated, I got a headache and thought about just deleting the app. Will try again tomorrow, maybe I did something wrong as I'm electronically challenged sometimes (hence 2 stars instead of 1)

I've got good news! As of today we did an app version update that allows the ability to add multiple Lomi's. I hope this improves your experience :)
