The app is extremely useful for keeping track of your waste reduction and lowered emissions. I love that you can collect points once your Lomi is connected to your wifi. Having the option to reduce your purchase based on the scraps you turn into Lomi dirt is a motivating factor to do better. The app is a bit awkward though. Having to reconnect to wifi is a bit confusing and difficult to navigate, and a lot of the options you click in the app redirect you to the website.

EDIT: As the reply to my original review claimed, the latest update has brought cycle status to the app (and they even edited their original reply to tell me about the update, which I find impressive). Now a useful app. But one other thing that's needed is the ability remove an old Lomi I no longer have from my account. The app doesn't show the status of cycle, even though one of the pictures in the description shows that as a feature. Without such a feature, this app is pretty much useless.

I can't believe how unhelpful this app is. It's just a bunch of links to webpages and videos. I've been trying to connect to my lomi and nothing- not the wifi, the bluetooth or anything is staying in the app. I'm logged in. The lomi itself says it's connected to wifi but it won't show up on the app. And once I start the connection process again, I have to close the whole app and reopen it rather than just press back to the home page.
