7 month review!! worked great in the beginning 1-2 months. i charged them after using them, then put away and went to use them again, and the battery had completely drained. today, I can only get one probe to connect, and both are charged. I'm definitely ready to upgrade to something better.

What a mess. There appears to be an absence of even basic QA or UAT processes. Language settings are not global. There's an undocumented "shock" setting whose function I can only guess at. Custom temperatures cannot be applied to cooking sessions (or the method for creating a custom cook is unclear). Selected precise temperatures are not precisely respected when applied to a cook session. Now the app just crashes on open making the probes useless. 🙄

It worked one time, after that nothing! It will make a bluetooth connection, and that's about it. The software is full of bugs and will not bring up basic menus. I cannot recommend this product.It fails at the worst possible time!
