Seems to work fine. Making an account is unnecessary though and it's the reason I've only given it 3 stars. Since you can't get around that and just use it as a guest, so if they stop operating the servers for some reason you can't use the Bluetooth connection anymore. There needs to be an account free option or someone needs to pick apart the application code to find a way to bypass it because you can't change all of the settings directly from the device so you need to have Bluetooth working.

English doesn't work. It defaults to chinese. I had to use Google translate to set up an account, thinking I could switch to English once everything was set up. I went to settings and selected "english" and hit "confirm." No change. Tried other languages, too, and no change. This app is virtually unusable. Please fix the app so I can read it. Thanks EDIT: I opened my app today, and it was in English. Not sure what changed, but I can read it now. Thanks one star off as it didn't work from start

Biggest POS I ever bought was this ehom ep350 299wh solar generator,this app and the generator are useless,Day 1 it wouldn't charge,just flashes the app don't connect and it's completely useless like customer service. paid 300.00 for a 10lb paperweight that the company will Not replace. Don't walk away from this company Run.
